Connect to QuickBooks
Connection is assisted by CondorAlto and requires approval from an authorized QuickBooks company user.
Arrange access
Contact diego@condoralto.com to confirm the company, authorized users, and analysis scope. Production API access is still being configured; this page does not begin or complete an OAuth connection.
Authorize with Intuit
When setup is ready, CondorAlto will guide you to an Intuit authorization screen. Sign in directly with Intuit, select the correct company, and review the requested permissions before approving. Never email your QuickBooks password, client secret, or access tokens.
Permissions and usage
Intuit’s accounting permission allows both reading and writing. CondorAlto reads records for analysis and, only where a signed engagement includes corrections, writes the specific changes you have approved in advance. The permission itself is not a technical read-only restriction, so approve the connection only for a company you have engaged CondorAlto to work on.
Reconnect
If access expires or has been revoked, contact CondorAlto to repeat the authorization process. Visiting this page does not reconnect a company.
