QuickBooks reconciliation
A private, assisted workflow for reviewing accounting records and tracing transactions to supporting evidence.
Purpose
CondorAlto helps authorized businesses and their advisers compare QuickBooks records with supplier, payment, and bank reports to investigate potential duplicates, unmatched payments, and reconciliation differences.
Private access
This integration is being configured for private client use. It is not available for public self-service sign-up. Contact CondorAlto to arrange an authorized connection and confirm the scope of your engagement.
Analysis first, approved corrections
The workflow starts by retrieving records and reports for analysis. Under a signed engagement, CondorAlto may also post accounting corrections through the QuickBooks API, such as recreating or recoding bills, applying payments and credits, and recording adjusting journal entries. Corrections are made only after the client has reviewed and approved a written list of changes, and every change is logged with its QuickBooks reference. The integration never initiates payments or moves money.
Connection and control
QuickBooks access requires authorization through Intuit. You can revoke that authorization in QuickBooks. See the connection, disconnection, privacy, and terms pages for details.
